COMPANY HISTORY
Grace & Glory Real Estate began as a real estate investment brokerage, specializing in helping clients acquire and dispose of high-quality investment properties. Over time, the company built a strong client base and accumulated extensive real estate resources across California.
As client demand evolved from acquisition to performance, Grace & Glory expanded into property operations, establishing a dedicated management division. This led to the development of diversified rental strategies—including long-term, mid-term, and short-term rental models—under the GnG Vacation brand, which has since grown rapidly and gained strong market recognition.
Through years of active house flipping, asset repositioning, and real estate investment, the company further integrated into the mainstream U.S. real estate market, forming a professional development team focused on land planning and large-scale projects. By aligning the investment needs of global clients with U.S. real estate development opportunities, Grace & Glory has built a fully integrated real estate ecosystem—from acquisition to operation to development.

CEO
Mr. Macie has 45 years of industry experience. He served as Vice President in the acquisitions department of the large public real estate company DR Horton, specializing in real estate mergers and acquisitions, with extensive experience handling complex legal contracts and various government procedures.

Mr. Zamora began his career in 1980 and has over 40 years of experience. He has been responsible for constructing over 6,000 residential projects and has extensive experience with warehouses, military bases, and other public buildings. Mr. Zamora has worked at large residential construction companies such as Frontier Homes and Meritage Homes, managing up to seven communities simultaneously, with extensive on-site management experience.

Mr. Hong has been involved in the real estate industry since his university years, with over 20 years of related experience. Daniel Hong founded Grace & Glory Real Estate in 2009, adhering to the principle of integrity. He has achieved significant success in real estate investment, property management, and development. Over the years, he has built a professional real estate team, continually achieving new milestones in development, management, and investment, earning the trust and support of clients.

Mrs. Sun graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a bachelor's degree in accounting and a master's degree in biological sciences. She has 20 years of experience in financial management for real estate investments, covering project financing, cash flow management, and financial management. Mrs. Sun is meticulous and highly approachable, earning praise from colleagues and clients.

Mr. Ma graduated from the UCR as an honor student. He worked for Huawei Communications in Mexico for many years, achieving excellent results and continuous promotions. He is fluent in English and Spanish. Mr. Ma has extensive experience managing long, medium, and short-term rental properties, working diligently and meticulously, handling various management issues, and earning unanimous praise from clients.

Mr. Letwinch obtained his California real estate contractor license in 1991 and has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry. He is familiar with the entire development process and has led and participated in the development of over 3,500 units, including residential, commercial, and facilities such as schools and churches. He has also served on the board of the Building Industry Association (BIA), where he established good relationships and cooperation experience with government real estate agencies.

Mr. Kaller is a seasoned real estate marketing expert with extensive experience in planning large communities, building marketing teams, and developing and executing marketing strategies. He has won the Sales Excellence and Professional Gold Award at the International Builders' Show (IBS) national competition and has received various awards, including the Southern California MAME (Marketing and Merchandising Excellence) awards.

Mr. Li graduated with highest honors from Rutgers University, majoring in Management Information Systems. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a master's degree in Analytics. He has earned two significant certifications in his career:
